Listings and availability

Stock can change fast. Before you pay, confirm the exact device (condition, color, storage, battery health, and what’s included) and the final price on WhatsApp.

If stock or price changes, we update the listing. If something sells out, it’s no longer available.

An order is only confirmed after we agree on the exact product, total price, and delivery or pickup details with you directly.

Payment and delivery

We keep it step-by-step: we confirm the total price, then the payment method, then delivery or pickup and timing. Delivery time can vary by location and stock.

Support after purchase

Support depends on what was sold, the issue you report, and the check period or warranty we shared at the time of sale. If something feels wrong, message us quickly.

We’ll always review fairly, but damage after purchase isn’t covered (drops, water, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or software tampering).
